Belmont Track can't collect new tax on gambling winnings

Laconia Sun reporter Michael Kitch wrote yesterday that the Lodge at Belmont isn't planning to sue the state over its new tax on gambling winnings, but it can't collect the tax for the state either. Less than two days into the fiscal year, and the state already has two injunctions against it, and another tax it can't collect.
