Dan Touhy reports for the Union Leader that the State Employees Association was less than pleased with the Governor's negotiating tactic this morning:
"Governor Lynch has committed an unfair labor practice," said Dennis Kinnan, chief negotiator for the State Employees Association. "His comments are inflammatory and just the latest example of his refusal to bargain in good faith. He has resorted to undermining the progress of negotiations, and in the process has shown disrespect to all state employees." (more)
