Channel 9 interviews Governor John Lynch, Senator Peter Bragdon, and Josiah Bartlett Center President Charlie Arlinghaus about what's next for the state budget following Wednesday's ruling agianst the state in the JUA Lawsuit.

But Lynch said budget challenges are nothing new.

"All budgets are subject to unanticipated events," he said. "This won't be the only event that occurs over the next couple of years, and we'll talk with legislators on how to manage it."

Governor Lynch says this outcome was unanticipated. Perhaps, he should find better sources of budget coverage.
