State starts 10-Year Transportation Planning
Karen Lovett reports in the Nashua Telegraph that the NH Department of Transportation is beginning public hearings on the Ten Year Transportation Improvement Plan, commonly known as the Ten Year Highway Plan, or just Ten Year Plan.
