The Bill of Rights: More than one at a time

Note to Chris Matthews. The First Amendment and the Second Amendment are not mutually exclusive. The rights guaranteed under them may be exercised at the same time.

  1. Liberaltarian moron. I hate the idea of Nationalized Healthcare, but sorry, pal, the GOP doesn't want to take anyone's rights way. Matthews is right this time. You don't take a gun to a presidential event carrying a "tree of liberty [must be refreshed by blood]" poster. IDIOT!

  2. Stephen... I suppose he was a "moron" for quoting Thomas Jefferson, as well?

When exactly DO we get to draw the line that says, "thus far, and no farther!" ? Is it when YOU say it's appropriate? Are you waiting for the Government to tell you when it's OK to rebel?

Doesn't NH Constitution, Part I, Article 10 spell out EXACTLY when the people are supposed to draw the line: when Government exists "for the private emolument or interest of any one man, family, or class of men" ?
