UL- "Flynch's budget hole: It's still there"

This morning's Union Leader editorial blasts Governor John Lynch for lack of leadership in the budget debate:

What is Lynch's position on expanded gambling? An estate tax? A capital gains tax? He has expressed "concerns" and reservations about such options when he should have been leading legislators toward one or the other. There are only a few weeks left before a budget has to be finished. Some strong leadership now would be extremely late, but better late than never.
